Please find attached Request for Qualifications (RFQ) No. RFQ-NIGERIA-2019-001, Strategic and Technical Support to the USAID/Nigeria Health Programming Implementation and Effectiveness Evaluation.

HEARD Project is seeking responses from institutions that meet eligibility and successful applicants criteria, as described in the RFQ. Please note, eligibility is not limited to current HEARD partners, so please feel free to circulate to your networks if you know of eligible and qualified organizations. Short-listed organizations may be requested to answer further questions and will be invited to submit a full application to undertake the work referenced in this RFQ.
