Please find attached Request for Proposals (RFP) No. RFP-2019-6024-001, Data Collection and Logistical/Translation services to support an evaluation of an USAID/Guinea-funded health project.

HEARD Project is seeking applications from institutions based in Guinea that meet eligibility criteria, as described in the RFP. Short-listed applicants may be requested to answer further questions.
