How implementation research can advance urban nutrition and WASH: Case of Tanzania

 

On July 14, 2020, Emily Peca (HEARD Project), Ester Elisaria (Ikafara Health Inst.), Churchill Shakim (TAMASHA), Grey Saga (USAID/Tanzania), and Cudje Bennett (USAID) gave a joint presentation entitled Highlights from an Implementation Science Approach to Advancing Nutrition/WASH Among the Urban Poor in East Africa. The presentation was hosted by USAID’s Coordinating Implementation Research to Communicate Learning and Evidence (CIRCLE) Project.

The presentation highlighted the work being completed by the HEARD Project on Urban Health in East Africa, with a particular focus on the study in Tanzania. View the presentation slides for the full overview here.
